By completing payment you confirm your acceptance of the following terms in full. Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. By proceeding with payment you are entering into a binding agreement with LeadMagpie Ltd.

The Power Pipeline™ 30-Day Sprint is a done-with-you programme. Pete Tarbuck acts as mentor and guide throughout. You are responsible for completing the work. This includes attending weekly sessions, completing assigned tasks, and actively sending outreach messages as directed.
A minimum commitment of 20 minutes per day for the full duration of the programme is required. This is not a done-for-you service. Results depend entirely on your active participation. LeadMagpie Ltd cannot guarantee specific outcomes beyond the conditions set out in Clause 03.

Two payment options are available. Option 1: £997 in full at the point of purchase. Option 2: two payments of £597. The first payment is due at the point of purchase. The second payment is due 14 days later and will be collected automatically.
By completing your first payment you acknowledge that the programme commences immediately upon onboarding and you expressly consent to waive your 14-day statutory cancellation right. All payments are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

LeadMagpie Ltd guarantees that you will sign your next client within 30 days of programme commencement, subject to the conditions set out in Clause 04 and the definition agreed under Clause 05.
If this outcome is not achieved within the 30-day period and all conditions have been met, Pete Tarbuck will continue to work with you under the same programme structure at no additional charge for up to a further 30 days (60 days total from the original start date).
This continuation is not a new programme. It is an extension of the original engagement under the same terms. No further extension beyond 60 days total will be offered. Pete Tarbuck is your mentor and guide throughout. He is not your permanent coach.

The guarantee applies only where all of the following conditions are met throughout the programme:
If any of these conditions are not met, the guarantee is void. LeadMagpie Ltd's assessment of whether conditions have been met is final.

Your definition of a "next big client" is agreed between you and Pete Tarbuck at the onboarding stage, based on your specific business context, revenue target, and ideal client profile. This definition is recorded in writing at that point.
It cannot be changed after the programme has commenced. A client that meets the agreed definition constitutes fulfilment of the guarantee, regardless of any subsequent changes to your business goals or expectations.

All templates, systems, frameworks and materials provided remain the intellectual property of LeadMagpie Ltd. They may not be reproduced, resold or shared without written permission.

LeadMagpie Ltd reserves the right to remove a client from the programme without refund if they are found to be consistently non-engaging, disruptive, or in breach of these terms. In such cases the guarantee is also void.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR. It will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
